I have always enjoyed playing multiple sports since I was young but track has been the sport that has offered me the most ability to challenge myself as an athlete. Track is a sport that keeps me pushing myself to my limits and beyond. I love running relays with my teammates and contributing to something bigger than me, but I also enjoy setting personal goals for myself and working hard to achieve them. Spokane Speed Academy has allowed me the opportunity to work with coaches and fellow teammates that work at a higher standard. It has also give me the chance to set goals such as going to Nationals this year. I feel that I have improved enough that I could not only go to Nationals but also actually do very well there. My goals are to play collegiate sports and someday work with athletes in sports medicine. |
