Oregon Native Skyler Nicole Walton (DOB 12.02.2000) moved to Wenatchee, Washington in 2009. Her involvement in Basketball and Soccer at an early age inspired her quest to run Track & Field. She started her journey in the Hershey Track and Field program. Skyler later ran track during her 7th & 8th grade year and broke all school records in the 100 meter, 200 meter and 400 meters. Skyler was undefeated in all middle school races and broke the 20 year old Cashmere Junior Olympics records.

A senior this year at Wenatchee High School, Skyler’s hobbies are playing basketball, running, hanging out with family, friends and her art work. Parents Tony and Kristin Walton, older brother Cody and loving grandparents are her biggest support and encouragement. My dream of running for a D1 school has now come as I have signed to run track at Washington State University.
