I come from a military family. My parents both went to the Air Force Academy and served as officers in the USAF.  After living abroad, many moves and time apart while they deployed to Korea, the Philippines, Afghanistan and Iraq, they both transitioned to the AF Reserve to provide more family stability for me and my younger brothers.  We settled in Cheney, Washington where I enjoy being active in school, athletics and the community.

I think being well-rounded is very important and I always strive to be the best possible in any activity.  I like to take leadership roles so I can make positive changes that help others.  I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout high school while taking Honors/AP courses.  Athletically, I participate in both Cross Country and Track and Field and have been a State Qualifier and named to All-League teams in both.  In track I enjoy a variety of events but my favorites are distances from 200-800m and relays.  Next year I plan on shifting focus to the 800m to help transition better between cross-country and track and I hope to try the 300mH to help our team.  For other extracurricular activities, I am a member of Sports Medicine Club, National Honor Society, and the Cheney Youth Commission which provides, promotes and coordinates activities for the young people in my hometown.

I really enjoy being a part of Spokane Speed Academy where we all work to make each other better.  I hope to continually improve and qualify for USATF Junior Olympic Nationals.  By focusing on academics, athletics and community service, I hope to earn a combination of academic, athletic and other scholarships which will make attending a top-rated college or university possible.

  • Future Business Leaders of America State Qualifier

  • High School GPA: 4.0
