dominic cranshaw
Portland, Oregon native Dominic
Cranshaw [DOB 08.22.1996] started his running career in the 6th
grade for All Saints Catholic School in Spokane. He took 1st or 2nd
place in every race he competed in, and gained a passion for running. Dominic
was named to the All City Cross Country team in 6th, 7th
and 8th grade. Through high school he ran for both the Ferris High
School Cross Country and Track & Field teams.
He was named Most Improved Distance Runner in 2013, was a district and regional champion in the 4x400 relay in 2015, and competed at the USATF national Track & Field competition in 2014 and 2015. Dominic was a member of the 2015 district track and field championship team at Ferris High School. Training with the Spokane Mercury for Cross Country, and the Spokane Speed Academy for Track & Field, Dominic was invited to compete at the college level for Portland State University. He has already begun training for the indoor season in Portland. |

- Our 4/400 relay team was ranked 5th in the state of Washington and went to State this year. I ran the third leg.
- Qualified and competed at the National Junior Olympics in 2014 and 2015 in the 1500
- Lettered Freshmen year in Cross Country and Track & Field
- Most improved distance runner sophomore year
- Captains Award Senior year
- Team (Spokane Speed Academy) record holder in the 800
